Car Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car. Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models. Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services. Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts. Provides sales management information by completing reports. Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays. Car Salesperson Qualifications and Skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills A persuasive personality Great networking skills Strong mathematical skills Verbal and written communication skills Education and Experience Requirements Degree or Diploma State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record Fresher or Minimum of 1 years as a car salesperson Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: Marathi (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
